The courses are run in small friendly groups in Leamington or Warwick and numbers are limited.

Mindfulness for Stress and Mindfulness for Health courses are offered for individuals and couples (come with a partner or friend) throughout the year. Please contact me if this is of interest (karen@yourlifebalance.co.uk) and we can time sessions to suit you.

Fees for group courses, and courses for individuals and couples are outlined below and include workbooks, practice books and CDs of guided meditations or MP3 downloads.
8 week Breathworks mindfulness courses from £240-280 dependent on numbers and venue (2.5 hours/session or longer for fortnightly sessions)
For an 8 week course the rate for individuals is £400 (1.25 hours/session). One to one sessions are held in Leamington or Warwick. Sessions can also be delivered by phone or Skype for those who live further afield.
Come with your partner or a friend for £500 for the two of you for an 8 week course (1.5 hours/session). You can support and encourage each other throughout the course and with home practice.

Do you want a flavour of what mindfulness is all about before committing to an 8 week course? I offer one to one introductory sessions at £50 for a one hour session (or two together rate of £60 for the two of you for a 1.25 hour session). Introductory sessions make fantastic gifts (please see below). After an 8 week course some people really appreciate coming together again as a group to support their continued mindfulness practice. I offer regular follow-up sessions to groups and also half day/full day retreats which allows us to take our practice deeper by introducing periods of silence.
