Please contact me if you are interested in participating in Breathworks Mindfulness for Stress or Mindfulness for Health courses in a group setting - karen@yourlifebalance.co.uk. Ready established groups are particularly welcome.

The courses are run in small friendly groups in Leamington or Warwick and numbers are limited.

Mindfulness for Stress and Mindfulness for Health courses are offered for individuals and couples (come with a partner or friend) throughout the year. Please contact me if this is of interest (karen@yourlifebalance.co.uk) and we can time sessions to suit you.
